Emerald Pointe is located in Southwest Florida on Charlotte Harbor and the Peace River, approximately one hundred miles south of Tampa and between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. Emerald Pointe is right off of Interstate 75 in Punta Gorda, Florida, and right at the eastern beginning of the locally famous Riverwalk.
