Condos in the mid-rise and high-rise units have elevators to all floors and covered parking on the ground floor. Condo units range from one bedroom, one bath units, to large wraparound units with three bedroom two baths, and a fireplace. All Condos have balconies, many with lovely views of the marina basin or the Peace River.

Phase I: Buildings A (Antigua); B (Barbados); and C (Cayman)

each building has 27 units

The Phase I mid-rise Buildings of A, B and C have three floors of Condo units with a parking garage on the ground floor.  Each living floor is designated by the Floor Number and then the position Number.  Unit B-301 would be located in Building "B", in the position of the 01 unit in the diagram to the left and you would find it on the Third Floor.

The Islamorada Condos are the units 01, 02, 04, 05, 07, 08 and 09 are basically all the same floor plan, 2 bedrooms and two baths, with approximately 1220 sq. ft. total; some simply are mirror images of the other units.  The Key Largo Condos are the 03 units are also 2 bedroom and two bath units only with a different floor plan with the same square footage.  The Matecumbe Condos are the 06 units are 3 bedrooms and two baths with a unique floor plan and approximately 1620 sq. ft. 

Each building has three stairways and an elevator. All units have their own private balcony with assigned parking under the building on the ground floor.

Phase VI: Buildings "E" (Elysian); and "F" (Fiesta)

each building has 48 units

The High-rise Buildings D, E and F each have four floors of Condo units with a parking garage on the ground floor. Each living floor is designated by the Floor Number and then the position Number.  Unit F-412 would be located in Building "F", in the position of the 12 unit in the diagram to the right and you would find it on the Fourth Floor.

The Islander Condos are the 01 Units. The Islander design has two bedrooms, den and two baths, with approximately 1855 sq. ft. of living space with 268 sq ft of private balcony. The Ebbtide Condos are the 02 & the 05 Units. The Ebbtide design has one bedroom and one bath, with approximately 898 sq. ft. of living space with 150 sq ft of private balcony. The Lido Condos are the 03 & the 04 Units. The Lido design has one bedroom and one bath, with approximately 985 sq. ft. of living space with 188 sq ft of private balcony. The Trinidad Condos are the 06 Units. The Trinidad design has one bedroom and one bath, with approximately 1022 sq. ft. of living space with 148 sq ft of private balcony. The Majorca Condos are the 07 Units. The Majorca design has one bedroom and one bath, with approximately 706 sq. ft. of living space with 115 sq ft of private balcony. The Wayfarer Condos are the 09, 10 and 11 Units. The Wayfarer design has two bedrooms and two baths, with approximately 1337 sq. ft. of living space with 224 sq ft of private balcony. The Windjammer Condos are the 08, and 12 Units. The Windjammer design has two bedrooms, and den and two baths, with approximately 2134 sq. ft. of living space with 292 sq ft of private balcony.

Each building has two stairways and an elevator. All units have their own private balcony with assigned parking under the building on the ground floor.
