Townhouses are two level units with seven different floor plans and arrangements. One of the three pools on site is located in the Townhouse area complete with its own dressing rooms, and cabana.

All forty-six Townhouses are located on the waterways of Emerald Pointe with lovely marina views or on Otter Creek.

Phase V: the Townhouse Area

Each Townhouse has its own private entrance and its own private garage. Most of the Townhouses at Emerald Pointe have large decks of varying sizes, some also have screen enclosed decks. You will find the Townhouses at Emerald Pointe in seven basic designs. Through the years, owners have modified and changed many of the Townhouses from their original layout. The Developer's original layouts are as follows:

Del Rey: Townhouses 1001, 1015, 1016, 1023, 1032, and 1046 are of the Del Rey design.  The basic or original Del Rey Townhouse was designed with Living, Dining, Kitchen, and with the Master Bedroom and Bath on the First Floor. On the Second Floor are two more bedrooms with a full Bath and a Den. This Del Rey Townhouse has 2250 sq ft of living space.

Andria (2): Townhouses 1002, 1004, 1010, 1019, 1026, 1030, 1036, and 1041 are of the basic Andria (2) design.  The basic or original Andria (2) Townhouse was designed with Living, Dining area, and Kitchen, with half Bath on the First Floor. On the Second Floor are the Master Bedroom and Bath, and another bedroom with a full Bath. This Andria (2) Townhouse has 1376 sq ft of living space.

Andria (3): Townhouses 1005, 1012, 1014, 1027, 1034, 1038, and 1042 are of the basic Andria (3) design.  The basic or original Andria (3) Townhouse was designed with Living, Dining area, and Kitchen, with half Bath on the First Floor. On the Second Floor are the Master Bedroom and Bath, and two more bedrooms with a full Bath. This Andria (3) Townhouse has 1544 sq ft of living space.

Bella (2): Townhouses 1006, 1009, 1013, 1021, 1028, 1035, 1043 and 1045 are of the basic Bella (2) design.  The basic or original Bella (2) Townhouse was designed with Living, Dining room, and Kitchen, with half Bath on the First Floor. On the Second Floor are the Master Bedroom and Bath, and guest bedroom with a full Bath. This Bella (2) Townhouse has 1704 sq ft of living space.

Bella (3): Townhouses 1003, 1011, 1020, 1024, 1029, 1033, 1037 and 1044 are of the basic Bella (3) design.  The basic or original Bella (3) Townhouse was designed with Living, Dining room, and Kitchen, with half Bath on the First Floor. On the Second Floor are the Master Bedroom and Bath, and two more bedrooms with a full Bath. This Bella (3) Townhouse has 2017 sq ft of living space.

Carisma (3): Townhouses 1007, 1008, 1017, 1018, 1022, 1031, 1039 and 1040 are of the basic Carisma (3) design.  The basic or original Carisma (3) Townhouse was designed with Living, Dining room, Kitchen and Breakfact area, with half Bath on the First Floor. On the Second Floor are the Master Bedroom and Bath, Den, and two more bedrooms with a full Bath. This Carisma (3) Townhouse has 2105 sq ft of living space.
