Townhouses are two level units with seven different floor plans and arrangements. One of the three pools on site is located in the Townhouse area complete with its own dressing rooms, and cabana.

All forty-six Townhouses are located on the waterways of Emerald Pointe with lovely marina views.

Each Townhouse has its own private entrance and its own private garage. Most of the Townhouses at Emerald Pointe have large decks of varying sizes, some also have screen enclosed decks.
