• the Emerald Pointe Walkers' Map
  This map of the Docks and Roadways of Emerald Pointe was created in 2002 at the request of several ladies that walked everyday.  Because their Doctor had requested that they walk a certain distance each day, they requested a Chart indicating the distances so that they could tell how far they were walking during their walks each day.

  EP Land Areas -
  Please see the attached layout drawing for a graphic depiction of approximately twenty acres of landscaped grounds with several parks, one with a Gazebo overlooking the Peace River and Charlotte Harbor, perfect for sunset viewing.
  EP Phase Layout -
  Please see the attached layout drawing for a graphic depiction of the six separate Phases or Condominiums that make up Emerald Pointe. Phases I, IV and VI are mid-rise and high-rise Condominium Buildings. Phases II and III are Villas. Phase V are Townhouses.  Phase I consists of 81 units; Phase II, 32 units; Phase III, 10 units; Phase IV, 48 unites; Phase V, 46 units; Phase VI 96 units; for a total of 313 units.
   
• the General Lay-out of Emerald Pointe
  This General Lay-out shows the complete property as it is today at Emerald Pointe.  On this graphic, you can see the various areas of Emerald Pointe;  the Townhouses, the Villas, the condo buildings, the various tennis courts, the waterways and marina basin, and the pools.
  EP by Parts -
  This set of maps consists of a composite of the general layout drawing from above. In this packet the layout drawing is divided into twelve separate drawings.  Each of the pages is approximately one normal page.
